Pag-Asa

I am Gina Geocada, 52 years old, a housewife with five children, residing in Sitio Libjo, Parañaque, Philippines. Apparently, my greatest recreation is the daily chores inside the house and above all, reading the Bible before going to bed at night.

For me, Jesus is the Saviour, not only for physical but also for moral and spiritual aspects. I can say that one proof of this is the survival of one of my family members from a deadly disease: She was helped by Pag-Asa Mission and by sister Sara, and perhaps that was my motivation to deepen my faith and service to the Lord.

Before I joined the Pag-asa Mission in Libjo, I was already helping Ate Sara with activities here in our area  from time to time before the pandemic. Because of the pandemic and lockdown here in the Philippines, Ate Sarah returned to Germany. She then assigned me to do the activities here in our area such as feeding program, sharing relief goods, games for children, especially teaching them lessons of the Word of God. I am doing all these activities in accordance to the country's health protocols.
